GIVEAWAY - Signed Justin Bieber: Never Say Never DVD (Please read all before entering)
As some of you may know already, I pre-ordered a signed Never Say Never DVD from Walmart. It includes Blu-Ray and standard DVD discs, as well as a digital copy. I do not have a Blu-Ray player, but because a standard DVD copy came with it, I thought I was going to be fine. I come to find out that the special features are only available on the Blu-Ray copy, which I’m unable to play.
I don’t mind not being able to have the special features as much as the fact that I just have no use for the DVD now, due to the fact that I cannot use one of the two discs and I already used the code to obtain the digital copy. (I honestly wouldn’t have downloaded the digital copy if I knew I was going to just end up giving the DVD away. So, I’m sorry to anyone that wished to have the movie on their iTunes.) I have my fill of NSN, so I want to be able to give someone else a chance to enjoy it!
Before making this a Tumblr giveaway, I contemplated putting it up on eBay and donating the money to charity. However, eBay is too much of a hassle first of all. Secondly, I did not want the person with the winning bid to be some creepy old man who would just end up re-selling it to benefit himself. So, naturally, Tumblr was my second (and much better) choice, because I know the person who gets the DVD will be a fan and appreciate it.
I know a lot of people find the fact that Justin signed the DVD very appealing. But, I beg you, before you read the rules and enter the giveaway, please think about what you already have and what others may not. I know most of you entering will either have the DVD itself, have met Justin or gotten his autograph prior to the giveaway. I would love more than anything to be able to send this DVD to someone who has not had any of the above experiences. I cannot control who enters, so I’m sure a number of people will not heed my request. But, I’m praying that you really consider what this signed copy of NSN could mean to someone.
To be eligible for this giveaway, you must:
- Have an active blog (I don’t want people creating accounts just to enter).
- Have a Blu-Ray DVD player (or not mind not having the special features) and live in the US, Canada, Bermuda, a US territory, or have the ability to play Region 1 discs.
- Be following me on this account, okiedokieartichokie.
- Have an open ask box, so I am able to contact the winner of the DVD.
And the most important rule; you must:
- Enter via Formstack, so I can keep track of numbers more easily (Tumblr can get spotty with people ‘liking’, reblogging multiple times, etc.) and to test if people are actually reading this entire post like I asked, ha. If you do not fill out a form, you will NOT be entered. Reblogs/Likes essentially don’t count, and Tumblr is only being used as a means of spreading the word about this contest.This giveaway will close at the end of the month, on June 3rd at 12PM Central Time. I will use a random number generator to pick one of the entrants. If I find that they do not fulfill any of the above requirements, I will then randomly choose a different winner.

My friends met Michael Cera last night at a coffee shop in Austin. Here is his autograph. Apparently meeting him is as awkward as you would think it would be.
